Delivery Options
  • 2 Man Delivery

    For large orders local to our Sheffield Distribution Centre, we can provide a 2-man delivery service through our fleet of delivery vehicles.

    Delivery price is dependant on postcode. We also offer a Next Day Delivery option at an additional cost. Your order will be dropped off safely at your property, however there MUST be a person present to receive and sign for the delivery.

    PLEASE NOTE: We cannot take items in to your home.

  • Courier Delivery

    For smaller deliveries, usually single items, we will utilise a courier to deliver your order. Each item is individually checked and carefully packaged before the courier collects it from us.

    We use a range of leading couriers that provide the highest levels of service throughout the UK to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

    Once you have placed your order, you will be able to track it through the courier service provided. Please ensure you supply a valid e-mail address upon placing your order.

  • Pallet Delivery

    For larger items and combination products, a pallet service is required as the items ordered will be larger and heavier. The standard pallet delivery period is between 2-7 working days and you will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a time slot.

    You can choose a Next Day Pallet Service if all items are in stock (Mainland UK ONLY - some postcodes are excluded). Our pallet service will be delivered to the nearest kerbside only. The delivery team WILL NOT take items in to your home. You will be responsible for the correct disposal of any pallets or packaging.

Delivery Rates

All of our products available on our website have a delivery rate which is displayed on the product page to assist you. When you combine 2 or more products then your delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout. Please see the table below for estimated delivery prices. The final price is dependant on your postcode.

Delivery Terms

All of our deliveries require a signature from the order recipient to confirm you have received the order. If you request a delivery to be left in a safe place, you will need to request this via the courier and you do so at your own risk. If you are unable to be receive the delivery then a re-delivery charge may be applied. Alternatively, the courier may issue you with information to collect your order from a nearby depot. For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.

International Delivery

We can provide a courier service for overseas shipments and have previously delivered orders to destinations across the world. For up-to-date shipping costs please contact us before placing your order. If you are not based in the UK, then we can source the best solution.

Remote Locations

If you live in an area that is classed as “remote” by our couriers then you may incur an additional delivery charge. Remote areas include the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. If you are unsure if you will incur an additional delivery charge, then please get in touch prior to placing your order.
